May 17, 2012 ALUMNI SOFTBALL GAME- JUNE 2ND All Dominican alumni and families of Dominican softball alumnae are invited to join us on Saturday, June 2nd for our 5th annual alumni softball game. The game begins at 5:30pm on our home field at St. Monica’s School. We invite you to stop by DHS a little earlier and check out the new softball locker room, socialize and warm up. The game will be 100% slow pitch softball with a “flight restricted” ball and no expectation of fast pitch hitting, pitching, or sliding skills. All you need to bring is a glove! Free soda, beer, and wine at the Silver Spring House after the game. Please e-mail coach Ben Weiler at bweiler@dominicanhighschool.com to rsvp.

Congratulations to the Boys Basketball team on their Division 4 State Championship title! The team defeated Cuba City 61-43 to take home Dominican's third WIAA State Championship.

DHS junior, Taylor Brockman, has been selected as a member of the 2012 Kids from Wisconsin troupe. Kids from Wisconsin is a non-profit high school and college entertainment group. Only 33 students from the hundreds that audition are asked to join the troupe. Taylor and the rest of the Kids from Wisconsin troupe will maintain a demanding schedule this summer with over 60 shows.
